Using your company-issued employee ID and password, log in via the link below and select ‘Meeting Rooms’ at the top-left corner of the navigation bar.

Please take note that meeting rooms can only be booked in one-hour slots. For longer durations, please select and book multiple slots.

All files are temporarily stored on these platforms with archived and final documents stored in the file server (details are at the bottom of the page).

Access cybersecurity, anti-corruption, and anti-bribery training. All training of new hires must be completed during their probationary periods.
